By accessing and using the Moshiach360 website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Moshiach360 services are intended for Jewish community outreach, student management, and donation tracking. You agree to use the platform for lawful purposes only and in accordance with all applicable laws.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your credentials confidential.
All donations made through our platform go to Moshiach Center 770. Donations are non-refundable. Tax receipts are available upon request. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any donation at our discretion.
Moshiach360 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
770 Moshiach Center sends text messages (SMS) only to people who have asked to receive them. You opt in by ticking the text-message consent box on the contact form on this website, by texting us first, or by giving your mobile number and your explicit permission to our staff on a phone call. The consent box is unchecked by default, and consent to receive text messages is never a condition of submitting a form, registering for a program, making a donation, or receiving any service from us.
The messaging program consists of informational and conversational messaging. Once you opt in, you may receive the following kinds of text messages from 770 Moshiach Center:

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number. Mobile information and text-message consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
