770 Rabbinical College — rabbinical ordination in Lauderhill, Florida
A rabbinical ordination institute that has been operating for nearly 30 years will now receive a dignified and upgraded home in the form of a large and splendid "Zal" (study hall). It will serve the young emissaries who are active during their year of shlichus in Florida, and at the end of the year, they graduate with rabbinical ordination and go on to establish Chabad Houses across the world.
The 770 Rabbinical College (Kollel) is the semicha institute of 770 Moshiach Center. For nearly 30 years young Chabad-Lubavitch emissaries have come to Lauderhill for a year of intensive Torah study combined with hands-on outreach across South Florida, and graduate with rabbinical ordination before going on to establish Chabad Houses around the world. Dean: Rabbi Itamar Taktuk. The college is housed in the new 770 building's study hall (zal).
This page presents the programs (Semicha, Shlichus and summer), the faculty, a photo gallery and the online application with required documents.
